Installation

1. After receiving your free quotation we will then design your area with you.

   Once we are agreed then we proceed to signing contracts and arrange a start date for the work to commence.

2. Site preparation

   We then excavate your existing area to the correct depth ready for the new Pattern concrete area, with a four inch base and leave four inches for concrete. At pattern crete we like to do this in one to two working days to minimise the disruption to you, the client.

   Next we install any drainage and any building of steps required. We then put down all the form work ready for concreting.

3. Formulation

   Once the preparation is done we lay the concrete to a correct depth, level out, colour and imprint in just one to two working days.

4. Wash and seal

   To ensure your satisfaction we take care to wash off the area and add any last minute finishing touches to the area.

   We finally seal the area in a sealant of your choice matt or gloss.
